Registration Overview
Prior to a student enrolling in the district, the required forms and required documentation on this page must be submitted to the school district.
Registration documents can be scanned and emailed (lnell@bssd72.org) or faxed to the school (406-995-2161).
Call Linda Nell (406-995-4281 ext. 502) to make arrangements to drop it by the Elementary School.
Required Forms
To register your student, please contact Linda Nell with completed copies of the required forms.
Required Documentation
In addition to the registration forms, the following documentation is required:
Student Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Student health concerns/IEP or 504 accommodations (when applicable)
Residency Verification
Residency Verification must be submitted in one of the following forms showing the parent/guardian name that can be tied to the birth certificate, physical address and a current date:
Warranty deed
Lease or rental agreement
Utility bill
